Seamless Concrete Contractors was founded in Jacksonville on July 2, 2013 with a straightforward premise: Jacksonville needed a licensed, dedicated concrete contractor who would quote it in writing, pour it in-house, and stand behind it. We hold Florida Certified Building Contractor license CBC1269043, which is the state's highest residential contractor classification. This means we are legally qualified to pull permits and act as the prime contractor on any residential concrete project in Florida, including structural work like foundations and retaining walls that some specialty contractors cannot touch.
We cover all of Duval County and regularly serve Nassau, St. Johns, Clay, and Putnam counties. From a decorative stamped patio in Mandarin to a commercial warehouse slab on the Northside to a pool deck in Neptune Beach, the same licensed team handles the job from assessment to final sealing.

Seamless Concrete Contractors is owned and run by Matthew Cartwright, who founded the company in Jacksonville on July 2, 2013. His premise was simple: Jacksonville needed a licensed, dedicated concrete contractor that quotes in writing, pours with its own crew, and stands behind the work, rather than a general contractor who subs concrete out to whoever is free that week.
Matthew stays hands-on across the business. He reviews projects personally, from the on-site assessment through the finished pour, so the same standard applies to a stamped patio in Mandarin, a pool deck in Neptune Beach, and a commercial slab on the Northside. What we do differently from most Jacksonville contractors
Concrete is our only trade. We do not frame, roof, or renovate. Because concrete is all we do, our crew pours more slabs in a month than a GC pours in a year. That repetition builds skill and process that a part-time crew cannot match.
Every project starts with a site assessment and a written, fixed-price quote. Not a range, not a ballpark, not a verbal estimate that changes once the work starts. A fixed price in writing that you approve before we schedule the job.
Unpermitted concrete work creates problems when you sell your property or make an insurance claim. We pull all required permits through Duval County Building and Inspection (and neighboring counties as applicable) on every project that requires them. The cost is included in your quote.
Our minimum mix design for driveways and structural slabs is 4,000 PSI with a water-to-cement ratio below 0.45. For coastal projects, we specify Type II Portland cement for salt air resistance. We use 57-stone base compacted to 95% density and saw-cut control joints within 24 hours of the pour. Florida's heat and UV demand higher-quality concrete than northern-climate specs.
